Representing Taiwan on this prestigious global stage, Kao showcased her exceptional skills, competing alongside top mixologists and coffee professionals from around the world. In crafting her signature drinks for the competition, Kao skillfully incorporated the use of CO2 chargers and N2 chargers from our brand—mosa.
