1. Prepare the equipments
Cream Whipper: This is a tool used to hold cream and gas.
Cream Charger: This is a small inflatable bottle containing nitrous oxide (N2O) gas
2. Pour the cream or liquid into the whipper
Clean the whipper: Make sure the whipper is clean before use.
Add the liquid: Pour the liquid (milk,water or tea,syrup)into the whipper. Make sure not to exceed two-thirds of the capacity of the whisk to allow enough room for gas and ensure safety.
3.Install cream charger and cream whipper
Open the cream whipper container: Place the 8g cream charger into the filling port on the top of the whipper.
Twist the canister: Twist the canister firmly until the canister needle pierces and releases the gas.
4.Shake whipped cream and spray cream
Shaking the cream whipper a few times(usually 5-10 times) . This will help mix the gas and liquid and start whipping the cream.After shaking well, invert the whipper and tap the nozzle to start spraying the whipped cream onto cakes, desserts or drinks.
